| | 1. | What do you provide exactly? | | | There is no one answer as to what we provide. It all depends on the needs of the event. Our team can provide everything from reserving the ballroom for a wedding to making gift baskets for the bridemaid and groomsmen. For a business, we can arrange the coffee and muffins for a breakfast meeting or reserve hotel rooms for out of town clients. It all depends on your needs and budget. | | 2. | What do you charge for? | | | We charge our rate to plan the event and then add in the charges for the rentals, reservations, etc. For example, if we plan a wedding, we will charge our rate depending on size, time, etc and than charge you one full rate for the rental of the limo, site, catering, invitiations, etc. Therefore, instead of you paying twenty different bills and dealing with different vendors and managers and hotels, we will take care of that and you just speak with us as needed. | | 3. | Will you be there the day of the event? | | | If need be, I will be there to make sure everything goes as planned. If I, personally, can not attend the event, I will surely have one of my managers there to help with everything. Most of the time, I am able to come for at least the beginning of the event to set up, decorate and get everything organized before the guest arrive. I will have a team there to clean up when everything is over also. Again, we strive to make sure that we do all the work and you just enjoy the event. | | | Return to Top
